Company History
Tropical Shade Masters, Inc. has been in the palapa and thatching business since 1986. As the first to offer this type of service, we quickly set off a trend in the Southwest, helping people to bring home a piece of the tropics. Tropical Shade has worked with some of Nevada's most famous casinos and under membership of the American Zoological Association, has thatched major theme park and zoo projects in California.
Our company works directly with producers and government agencies to protect the environment and ensure that imported palm is eco-friendly, sustainable & replenishable. We are located in San Diego, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
