Thatch, (not kits) can only be returned in unopened bales and must be done within 7 days of delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Palapa Kits: Palapa sales are final so be sure of the size you are purchasing. Be sure to check box contents right away for damage or shortages as any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery date. For shipping details see our “policies” link at www.tropicalshade.net.

General Notes: No two palapas are exactly alike: variation in hue or thatch is considered normal and cracks in wood is expected. Palapas installed by Tropical Shade Masters, Inc. are guaranteed against workmanship errors for one year. This guarantee does not extend to kits built by customers or independent installers. Properly installed, your palapa should last for many years, with occasional need to change thatch. Fire retardants are California registered, please be aware that different governing authorities may have varying standards.
