Purchasing a product
Placing an order at tropicalshade.net is an easy, four-step process. When
you find a product that is right for your, add it to your shopping cart
by clicking the "add to cart" button. This will place the item
in your shopping cart, and you will be able to purchase it at Checkout.
To Checkout and purchase all (or some) of the items in your shopping cart, click the "Shopping Cart" link found at the top of any Tropicalshade.net web page.
Step 1: Shopping Cart
This is your Order Summary. Review the items in your shopping cart. If you would like to add more items before placing your order, hit the "continue shopping" button to continue shopping You can adjust the quantity of an item in the "quantity" section, then hit the "update cart" button.
To place the order, hit the "move to checkout" button to proceed to Step 2:
Step 2: Review Summary and enter Account Information
Review the summary of your order -- you can edit it by returning to the section where the item was originally selected. Finally, fill in your Account information, providing Billing/Shipping Information with a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card number (if paying by credit card). Click the "move to checkout" button.
Step 3: Order # & Confirmation
The screen that follows will provide your order number. Please save it for future reference. You will also receive an email receipt at the email address you provided during checkout.
